Newshosting probleme mit Inode (wieder mal)

seid gestern bekomme ich keinen full speed mehr zu Newshosting. habe schon alle Ports getestet aber keiner funktioniert bei mir richtig. laut Newshosting soll aber alles ok sein und bei einen Freund welcher bei Inode ist soll es auch so weit laufen. denke daher das in meinen Gebiet wieder mal was nicht stimmt. der Inode Support schiebt es wieder an Newshosting usw. (altes Spiele, auch wie immer). wer ist jetzt dafür aber verantwortlich ?? habe auch bemerkt so bald man auch gleichzeitig etwas uploadet schwanken die downloads dann extrem. als wenn das balancing zwischen down und up nicht mehr stimmen würde. aber auch ohne up bekomme ich keinen full speed mehr zusammen.
