Gestern habe ich ein paar Mails an Support wegen dem Problem der unerreichbaren Seiten geschickt und anscheinend rĂĽhrt sich da etwas.
Leider verstehe ich bei den folgenden Mails nicht so richtig was zu tun ist.
Deshalb bitte ich um Hilfe und eventuelle Publikation der Tests und Ergebnisse. Vielleicht hilft es dem Support endlich eine funktionierende Firmware zu machen.

I took over this product by end of last year, which is partly the reason why I didn't know this problem.
For firmware upgrading, you actually don't need go through all these steps you mentioned. You just need 3 steps: 1. Firmware upgrade; 2. Reset (either through the menu or the button); 3. Reconfigure your router. You don't need reboot the modem and the PC during the process.
Please try 4.0.4 with disabled SPI firewall for me. Just want to exclude the possibilities.

Please do a packet trace (from getting DHCP IP to web-browsing complete) of the 1.1.1 which is working with the sites, and of the 4.0.4 which is not working.
If you don't have a sniffer yet, you can use the open-source Ethereal.
