Inode xDSL@home 1500/384 - Packetloss ?

Also gestern hab ich es nun endlich geschafft mit dem Netgear WGT624v2 Router online zu kommen, doch ich hab seltsamerweise extremen Packetloss, was sich negativ auf das Surfen sowie das Online Gaming auswirkt. Folgendes kommt raus wenn ich www.inode.at pinge.
Weiß jemand, was ich dagegen tun kann? Werde morgen dann mal bei Inode anrufen, falls ich hier nicht weiterkomme. Gefällt mir absolut nicht, das ich alle 20s keine Verbindung hab :(.
