Hi,
sind nicht vor ein paar Monaten schon die 0804-Nummern für ISPs eingeführt worden? Da zahlt man angeblich pauschal für eine bestimmte Anzahl von Benutzern. Wieso hört man davon nix in letzter Zeit? Das wäre ja prädisteniert für eine Modem/ISDN-Flatrate. Hat jemand Infos darüber wieviel zB ein ISP für so eine Nummer zahlen muss?

Recently there has been a very in depth article up from Security expert Steve Gibson owner of Grc.com. Apparently through his in depth article on Denial of Service (DoS) attacks he found that Windows XP threatens to make the Internet unstable as it will allow large numbers of people to launch uncontrollable denial-of-service attacks to whichever IP address they see fit.
I encourage you read his article on his site which you can find right -Here-, I warn you it is rather long, but filled with an increadible amount of information on DDoS attacks and Windows XP that you need to be aware of. Please feel free to discuss any of this in our forums after you've read it.
